Privacy Policy

1.1This Privacy Policy describes how DEVHOUSE (“vixn”, “we”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Platform. It supplements the Terms of Use.

2.1Account data: email, password hash, billing identifier, country (for tax / compliance).

2.2Usage data: generation requests, queue events, basic device + browser metadata for fraud prevention.

2.3References (Input): the photos you upload to train your private model. See Section 3.

2.4Payment data: processed by our payment provider; we receive transaction confirmation and last-4 of card, never full card numbers.

3.1Your references are stored in encrypted object storage, isolated per account.

3.2We do not co-mingle your references with other users’ data or with any general-purpose training corpus.

3.3We do not share, sell, or license your references to any third party. Period.

4.1Generated images and video are stored only for as long as you keep them in your library. Deleting a render from your library deletes it from storage within 30 days.

4.2We do not watermark, claim, or republish your Output.

5.1To operate the Platform: train your private model, run your generations, deliver Output to your library.

5.2To prevent abuse: detect references depicting minors, non-consenting adults, or other prohibited content (see Terms §5).

5.3To process payment + comply with tax / financial obligations.

5.4We do not use your data for advertising, behavioral profiling, or cross-site tracking.

6.1We share data only with service providers strictly necessary to operate the Platform (payment processor, infrastructure host, anti-CSAM scanning provider). Each is bound by contractual confidentiality obligations.

6.2We disclose to law enforcement only when compelled by valid legal process or when we have a good-faith belief that disclosure is necessary to prevent serious harm.

6.3Prohibited content (CSAM in particular) will be reported to NCMEC and equivalent agencies as required by law.

7.1References + private model: retained while your account is active. Deleted within 30 days of account closure.

7.2Generated Output: retained while in your library. Deleted within 30 days of removal.

7.3Billing records: retained 7 years for tax and accounting compliance.

7.4Records of prohibited conduct may be retained indefinitely for law-enforcement reporting.

8.1TLS in transit. At-rest encryption for object storage. Least-privilege access. Audit logging on all account-data reads.

8.2No security is perfect. We commit to notifying affected users within 72 hours of a confirmed breach impacting their data.

9.1We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication + CSRF protection. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies that track you across sites.

10.1You may access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time from account settings, or by emailing privacy@vixn.app.

10.2If you are a resident of the EU, UK, California, or another jurisdiction with applicable privacy law, you have all rights granted by that law (right of access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection, and complaint to a supervisory authority).

11.1vixn is strictly 18+. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If we learn we have, we will delete it immediately and may report to law enforcement.

12.1Data may be processed in the United States and the European Union. We use Standard Contractual Clauses for any transfer subject to GDPR.

13.1We may update this Privacy Policy. Material changes will trigger an in-app notification and email.
